  • Optional marketing communications (with your consent)

Wine samples are provided by the hosting venue. The Blending Table does not sell, distribute, or furnish alcohol directly.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to book and attend events. By booking an experience, you represent that you are 21 or older. Valid photo identification may be required at the event. We reserve the right to refuse participation without refund if age requirements are not met.

4.1 Booking Process

Bookings may be made through The Blending Table website or through approved partner venues or third-party ticketing platforms. All bookings are subject to availability. Booking, payment, and refund terms may vary depending on the event and hosting venue. Please review the details listed on the event page before completing your booking.

4.2 Payment

Payment methods vary by event. Some bookings are processed directly through The Blending Table website, while others may be processed through a hosting venue or third-party platform.

When payment is processed through The Blending Table website, transactions are handled securely through Stripe. When payment is processed through a third party, that provider's payment and refund policies apply.

By completing a booking, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

4.3 Pricing

Event prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time but are locked in once a booking is completed and confirmed.

5. Cancellation, Refunds, and Attendance

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees, unless otherwise stated on the event booking page.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place with advance notice.
  • Some events may be booked or ticketed through partner venues or third-party platforms. Those events may have separate cancellation policies. Please review the specific policy listed on the event page before booking.

6. Event Changes or Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue issues, or insufficient bookings.

If an event is canceled by The Blending Table, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available event, depending on the circumstances and booking method.

7. User Accounts

Some features of the website may require creating an account using Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Code of Conduct

By attending an event, you agree to:

  • Consume alcohol responsibly
  • Respect other guests, staff, and venue rules
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not bring outside alcohol unless expressly permitted by the hosting venue

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines without refund.

9. Photography and Media Use

By attending a The Blending Table event, you acknowledge and agree that photography and video recording may take place during the experience. These images or recordings may be used by The Blending Table for marketing, promotional, or editorial purposes, including on our website, social media, and other digital platforms.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the host at the beginning of the event. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of The Blending Table or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.
